Description
Splendid villa immersed in the Modican countryside
Villa Cella dates from the second half of the 1800s and is one of the few examples of a Noble Country Estate which, thanks to the care and attention of the current owners, has maintained its original charm.
On the grounds of the villa, there is a private chapel, a wonderful garden, farm buildings and staff quarters.
The villa is immersed in approximately 7000 m2 of park plus a further 50,000 m2 of agricultural land planted with olive and carob trees.
The property is in good structural condition and needs only superficial intervention and maintenance. In 2005 the house was rewired, the doors, windows and part of the roof were renewed.
