The main building and out buildings are built with dry stone and boast many architectural period features including a wonderful stone sink, ceilings in reeds and plaster, original troughs as well as a pertaining garden with beautiful carob trees which are distinctive of the area.
Favarotta is well connected and the buildings are in good condition, although in need of some restoration.
