Rural Borgo Baronial
This suggestive rural village is located in the valley of the Anapo river, immersed in the wonderful Hyblean countryside, in an uncontaminated context that enjoys absolute peace and privacy.
The architectural complex was built between 1854 and early 1900 and is entirely made of stone. It is made up of the old manor house with three large courtyards. Outbuildings there are a small church, rural buildings, garden and several deposits and stables. The building, although in need of an important interior restoration, is structurally in good condition. The property is equipped with a connection to the electricity network and equipped with a drill, also the access roads are in good condition.
The Borgo is just 10 kilometers from Palazzolo Acreide, a UNESCO city and Greek sub-colony of Syracuse. Its position is strategic for the discovery of South-Eastern Sicily; just 20 minutes from the “Capital of European Baroque” Noto, 30 minutes from the splendid island of Ortigia and just an hour from the cities of Modica and Ragusa. The airport of reference is that of Catania (75Km), which is easy to reach thanks to the fast-moving state road that connects Palazzolo to the Siracusa-Catania highway.
